Ingredients

  • 500 g butter
  • 500 g TPT (almond + sugar) 50/50
  • 700 g flour
  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • 3 g salt / fleur de sel
  • 2 eggs
  • grated orange zest (1 orange)
  • 5 g spicy mix

Spicy mix:

  • 500 g butter
  • 500 g TPT (almond + sugar) 50/50
  • 700 g flour
  • 200 g whole wheat flour
  • 3 g salt / fleur de sel
  • 2 eggs
  • grated orange zest (1 orange)
  • 5 g spicy mix
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 5 g of cloves
  • 5 g nutmeg
  • 5 g ginger
  • 2 g anise
  • 2 g red pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add all the ingredients except of the eggs to your blender and mix them with the butterfly tool.
  • STEP 2
    Mix on low speed adding the eggs one by one occasionally.
  • STEP 3
    Open a dough sheet and cut in different shapes.
  • STEP 4
    Bake at 180 C for about 15 minutes (the time varies depending on the type of oven).
