Ferrero Rocher Cookie Cups

Ingredients

  • Cookie Dough cut into equal discs
  • x 6 Ferrero Rocher
  • Icing Sugar for dusting

Method

  1. Cut the cookie dough into equal disc slices. Wrap 1-2 slices around each Ferrero Rocher

  2. Lightly grease a cupcake baking tray and place 1 cup in each section

  3. Bake the cups at 160oc / 320of for 12 minutes

  4. Remove from tray and dust with icing sugar
