"I have made this fantastic recipe about 10 times . you can cut it in 3 layers if you use the correct size tin , but it is a bit tricky . i tend to just cut it in 2 . i use Green and Blacks Maya gold for the mix and Bounville for the ganache and this is a fantastic combination. it cuts into about 16 peices for a party as it is very rich ."

"This made a lovely easy supper dish for a friday night ,I just followed the recipe and set the oven , 40 minutes later supper was ready. really good"

"this was a fantastic starter , just addedd creme fraiche to the cooking pan as i covered the chicory with cheese and popped it back into the oven . the result was a thick, creamy ,rich sauce that was remeniscent of french country Bistros . served it with french bread - sublime "
