Delicious sauce that is a great accompaniment to lamb and ready in no time at all.

  • 4 tbsp redurrent jelly
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 tbsp fresh mint


  1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a small serving dish. Cover with foil and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature for the flavours to develop.
