Good and simple muffins

Ingredients

  • 50g butter
  • 50g sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 100g sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 5ml oil
  • 80ml fresh cream

Method

  1. Cut the butter and put it in a bowl.

  2. Put 100g of flour in a measuring jug and after in the bowl.

  3. Put 50g of sugar in a measuring jug and after in the bowl.

  4. Whisk all with a whisk.

  5. Put 100g of sugar in a measuring jug and after in another bowl.

  6. Put 150g of flour in a measuring jug in the bowl (there is the sugar only).

  7. Whisk all with a whisk.

  8. In another bowl, put 3 eggs.

  9. With eggs put 5ml of oil.

  10. Put 80ml of fresh cream in a measuring jug and in the bowl.

  11. Whisk with a wooden spoon.

  12. Mix the two last bowl with a whisk.

  13. Put in a cake tin.

  14. Put the first bowl in the over.

  15. Put in an oven four 15min.
