KahlĂșa chocolate cheesecake

"I make a lot of desserts but this is definitely one of my personal favourites. It's not too sweet and the topping of creme fraiche and liquer is a delicious contrast to the chocolate cheesecake. Best made day before as this improves the flavour and texture."

"Delicious, not your typical cheesecake flavour. I used frozen fruits of the forrest and it worked perfectly. The sharp taste contrasted beautifully with the sweetness of the cake and the light and dark colours of the fruit looked stunning. (I also added a tablespoon of Creme de Casis to the sauce to give it an extra kick :)"

Decadent chocolate truffle torte

"I made the orange version and even my Dutch in-laws, who claim not to like chocolate with other flavours, loved it! As always, I find these sort of desserts only improve after a couple of days in the fridge."

"Also made double the sauce but would also double the spring onions. Cooked the pak choi and spring onions longer than I would have liked as my duck breast was for 2 people and very thick and took a little longer in the oven. Still tasted fantastic, both my husband and I loved it!"
