"I made this recipe not too hopeful, wondering how they were going to turn out as I had never made simnel cake or muffins before. However they turned out perfectly! They had risen well and the icing was just delicious! My whole family really enjoyed them and have asked me to make another batch for the easter weekend! They were gone in 3 days! Making another batch tonight and will again be pleased with the result. Delicious!"
