"we got some trout in at work for the first time i was asked to come up with an idea for it so i cam on here and filleting fish is easy enough so i thought i would try this out of the 11 servings i sent out i got compliments 7 times and now this has a regular apperance on our specials bored i give it 10/10 (it also got me a pay rise) New potatoes with beans & cress compliments this dish and you can also you the dressing for your fish as well try it "
