Quick banana ice cream
With just 10 minutes prep before it goes in the freezer, this is a smart yet easy way to end a meal

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 10 minutes plus 2 hours freezing- Whizz everything together in a food processor.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn, or pour into a freezer-proof box and freeze, stirring every 2 hours until the mixture solidifies.
Freezing bananas
You can freeze ripe bananas to use in cooking at a later date - they'll go black but taste fine.
