Any ideas what I could use instead of dill if I can't get hold of any? Trying my best but not found any yet!

buy it in a jar - the dried stuff is very good if you can't get hold of fresh!

Fresh tarragon would work well, though it would not taste the same.

A simple to prepare and simply delicious recipe! Dried herbs work just as well as fresh if you can't get fresh. The aioli is scrumptious either way.

I served this lovely starter to friends for a pre Christmas celebration. I was able to prepare in advance which made the whole occasion more relaxed. I added some chilli sauce to the dressing and a green salad with slices of advocado and this enhanced the overall presentation and textureto the dish. Easy - just the job. Will make again.
