  1. Line base and sides of a deep, 22-23cm loose-bottomed round tin with baking parchment. Mix the biscuits, melted butter and 2 tbsp of the sugar, then press into base. Chill while you make the filling.
  2. Divide cream cheese and cream evenly between 2 bowls. Add the white chocolate to one, and the milk chocolate, malt and remaining 3 tbsp sugar to the other. Beat each with an electric whisk until smooth.
  3. Spread the milk chocolate mixture evenly in the tin. Wipe round the edge to give a smooth edge. Spoon the white chocolate mix over the top and gently smooth. Decorate with Maltesers and chill for at least 5 hrs until firm.

Just made this, and i must say, it really is easy to make, and gorgous, certainly will be one of my favorites, also, i couldnt find any white maltesers, so used white areo bubbles along with normal maltesers on the top and looked lovely, and worked well.

This was the first thing I have ever baked by myself and safe to say it was very interesting in doing so! The cheesecake itself is very nice however I find it is to sweet for my palette.

Made this cheesecake many times. I don't put any of the sugar in as I think the chocolate makes it sweet enough. Everyone who tries it absolutely loves it and it's really quick and easy to make. Definitely five stars!

Amazing recipe! As an alternative I made the milk chocolate layer without the malt but added honeycomb pieces. It worked really well too.

2 words... IN LOVE!!! It was so easy and everyone loved it! It looked so good and professional, everyone wants the recipe but be sure to beat with a WISK because I once mad it without and tought it was good enough, I wasn't so I had a liquid cheesecake (but that was my fault because the recipe does say to do it with a wisk). Trie making this, it's so easy!!! My thanks to the maker of this recipe! :D - I'm one happy baker

AMAZING. Perfect if you have a very sweet tooth. Only need a small slice! Saved for the recipe file. I even took it to work to share and passed the recipe round...

Easy recipe to follow albeit a tad messy to make (maybe the latter is just me!) but it is well worth it. I've made this a number of times and has always gone down well. White maltesers a bonus but not a deal breaker - enjoy!

This was delicious! Served 10 generously. I didn't have the Horlicks powder but it turned out great :) will make it again!

OMG, an amazing cheescake- I love sweet puddings, especially chocolate ones and I wouldn't change a thing- absolutely scrummy- and easy to make.

I made this for a friend's big birthday and received many compliments. I was shocked at the fat content so it is not surprising that it was so rich. The malt biscuit base was very nice. Despite being quite straight forward to make I'm not sure I'll make this again but if I do I'll just make one layer - probably white chocolate.

Just made this a few minutes ago as of typing this. For some reason I couldn't find white Matesers ANYWHERE! Oh well, it's still looking great. Can't wait to try the malty flavour!

Wow!! Some friends and I had this at a pub one day and fell in love. I got searching when I got home and found this recipe. I make it without the white layer, just a deep layer of the milk chocolate mixture. It's absolutely scrumptious and as it's also pretty rich a little slice is enough, so plenty for everyone. Fairly easy and quick to make too. I declare it a Winner!!
