Peas & broad beans with crème fraîche & turmeric

Ready in 10 minutes
- Tip the peas and broad beans into a saucepan with a pinch of turmeric and the crème fraîche. Slowly bring to a simmer so the crème fraîche forms a sauce around the veg. Cook until the veg are tender, then season well.
