Stilton, pear & prosciutto wraps

Method

  1. Slice 2 pears into slim wedges and put one at the edge of half a slice of prosciutto. Top with a generous piece of Stilton and gently roll up.
Try

Sweet chilli chicken lettuce cups

Slice a chicken breast into small strips and marinade in 2 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce, then fry in a little olive oil until cooked through and browned. Pile onto individual leaves of baby gem lettuce, finish with a squeeze of lime and scatter with chopped chilli. Makes 6.

Tomato, mozzarella & pesto tartlets

Roll out a sheet of ready-roll puff pastry, cut into 8 small circles, spread a little pesto in the middle and top with a slice of mozzarella and a couple of halved cherry tomatoes. Bake at 180C/fan 160C/gas 4 for 15 minutes until the pastry is golden. Makes 8.
