Petits pois à la Francaise
Make light work of the celebratory roast with this easy side dish

Ready in 20 minutes
- Cook the onion and pancetta in a large pan with knob of butter until onion is really soft. Add the lettuce and cook for 2 minutes. Add the stock and bring to a simmer then tip in the peas and cook for 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Season and serve.
