  Delicious, will absolutely be making this again. I added much more paprika that the recipe called for but thats personal taste.

  We enjoyed it. I would use more spice next time but Husband and Son thought it was great as it was. Cheated and put it all in the microwave as I cook my risottos there as well. Used shelled prawns.

  This was nice but myself and my husband both felt there was something 'missing', despite using more spice as other comments suggested. Unfortunately, we still can't decide what the missing this is! Tasty though and would make again, maybe just using some different ingrediants next time.

  'Maxismummy' I think adding chorizo would help, it'll give it more meatiness and spice in one go! Hope that helps. Let me know what you think.

  i'd never even eaten paella before, let alone cooked it but decided to try this when my boyfriend requested prawns for dinner. i was really disappointed and i definitely wouldn't make it again. my partner managed to eat it, but i don't know if he was just being polite. i think he just enjoyed taking the shells off the prawns...

  Absolutely delicious! Add chorizo and a red chilli (w seeds) to boast the flavour- worked a treat! I will definitely be doing this again!

  I made this last week, but used vegetable stock instead of chicken stock as my husband is a non meat eater, it turned out really well. I needed more liquid as I went along, so I just added extra water. Will definitely be making again

  I think that the �asiest ever paella´is tastier. The sausage gives the spicey authenticity to the paella.

  This is a great, quick and healthy recipe. For those who thought it was missing something I recommend replacing 100ml of the chicken stock (though probably best to use fish stock as I did) with lemon or orange juice. That zesty zing completes the dish and accents the prawns nicely :)

  Really like this recipe. So easy and tastes authentic. Adding mussels sounds like a good idea, but maybe monkfish would add some substance. Might try that next time.

  Beautiful. Even though I accidently put in cinnamon and then accidently put in hot paprika before eventually putting the right ingredient in, it tasted amazing. It tasted very much like the paella i've tried before. The final texture was a bit like risotto and i used lime instead of lemon- yum yum

  me and my family liked this. i added more paprika and doubled the amount of everything else, i added sweetcorn instead of red pepper and added small shelled prawns, i used brown basmati rice. all turned out fine and was very easy though took longer than 15mins and had to add more water because i used brown rice.
