Healthy, fresh and lovely, goes well with many things, particularly my other recipe, Ultimate refried beans.

Method

  1. It is as simple as this combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirr it in. Then refrigerate until neede to serve.
  2. If you don't know how to peel tomatoes, look here; Make slits all over the skin of the tomatoes and place in a bowl of boiled water.Leave them in there for 2-3 minutes. Then when you take them out they are extremely easy to peel!

Delicious! Not sure why no one has rated this yet, but I can only imagine it's because they're so delighted that they're lost for words. Simple, easy to make and great to eat. Made it for our annual chilli night and everyone loved it!

Made this yesterday for some carnita burritos, and it was delicious! I didn't use all the tomato pulp, as the lime juice made it juicy enough. I forgot to add the vinegar, but it still tasted like really nice salsa. Only had to use two large tomatoes, and it made plenty. Thank you! :)

Love this salsa! I'd made salsa before without any vinegar and it had never tasted quite right, a splash of vinegar makes all the difference! The only thing I did differently was I didn't peel the tomatoes and I added about 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (would have used fresh red chilli if I'd had it) to give it a bit of a spicy kick.

I didn't have white wine vinegar, but I added fresh chillies and cayenne pepper. Went down very well.
