Skinny pizza
Use a pizza-base or ciabatta bread mix and it'll be on the table quicker than a takeaway

Low-fat
- Heat the oven to 220C/fan 200C/gas 7. Make up the pizza base according to pack instructions. Roll out to a large circle (about 22cm) and put on a non-stick heavy baking sheet for 10 minutes to puff up a bit.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with 1 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic and cook for a minute. Add the tomatoes, season, then cook, squashing down the tomatoes with a fork until broken down and thickened. Cool.
- Spread the tomatoes over the pizza base and top with mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden. To serve, scatter over the rocket and parmesan shavings.
