  A fantastic Valentine's day starter. Well thought out balance of classic flavours with a little bit of added zing. Used a bag of herb salad with pea shoots for added flavour. Easy, tasty, classy. Me and my sexy wife enjoyed it enormously.

  I did this starter for my fiance for our Valentines meal and it went down very well! I shall definitely be doing this again - great mix of flavours and textures.
