  Beautiful, very tasty, very quick. Only change would be to cut down the portion sizes a little as they are very rich.

  SuzieK - just under the title it says to just add more toffee sauce for the children and leave out the baileys :) Looks like a tasty recipe and very easy to prepare!

  very nice. made using brownie and custard recipes from here, left the toffee sauce out and also made it more like a traditional trifle with double cream and baileys whipped and piped on top.

  This is a lovely handy dessert..i made it as per the recipe, it went down really well with everybody, I used bought Chocolate muffins and it wasn't heavy at all :)

  Absolutely delicious!! I added slightly more Baileys to the cream as I felt it was too subtle initially but the best advice is add and taste until it's perfect. My dinner party guests thought this was wonderful. I served it with the baked mushrooms with ricotta and pesto for starter and the salmon en croute for main. All recipes from here and a huge success.

  Made this for an anniversary dinner party and it went down a treat! The great thing about it is that you can prepare it ahead. I didn't expect it to taste as good as it did. I used chocolate chip muffins instead of brownies and added a bit more baileys to the double cream. And for kids I just added more of the toffee sauce instead of the baileys!! Definately a must have at a dinner party!!

  This was very easy and went down a treat with our guests. I prepared it 3 hrs in advance and it was fine. No mess with serving up. I used chocolate store bought muffins as the base. I think it could with another tbs of Baileys in the cream.

  Easy to make and can be prepared well in advance. My guests couldn't have alot of chocolate so I used sponge fingers instead. I didn't think the Baileys came through enough, so will add more next time round ;-)
