Garlic & chilli focaccia
Give shop-bought bread a homemade twist with this simple flavoured oil

- Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Mix the chilli flakes, garlic, parsley and 3 tbsp olive oil. Halve the focaccia lengthways and brush the sauce over. Season.
- Put both pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Slice into pieces.
