Method

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, rose syrup and grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake, then double strain into a martini glass. Finish with a grind of black pepper. (tomskitchen.co.uk)

    Delicious!!! Love the black pepper and rose water combo. Might try it with cucumber and lime instead of grapfruit and lemon.....

    Very easy and looked and tasted good As I could not find any rosé syrup, I used rose water which seemed to work, but would recommend reducing the quantity slightly so not to overwhelm the flavour
