Peppadews stuffed with green olive tapenade & mozzarella
It's worth seeking out these spicy peppers, but if you can't find them, roasted pepper strips will do

- Whizz all the tapenade ingredients together with enough olive oil to make a paste.
- Stuff each peppadew with a little of the tapenade and a cube of mozzarella. top with a basil leaf.

- 1 tbsp capers , rinsed and drained
- 2 tbsp chopped basil leaves , plus some leaves for serving
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
