Peppadews stuffed with green olive tapenade & mozzarella

It's worth seeking out these spicy peppers, but if you can't find them, roasted pepper strips will do

Method

  1. Whizz all the tapenade ingredients together with enough olive oil to make a paste.
  2. Stuff each peppadew with a little of the tapenade and a cube of mozzarella. top with a basil leaf.

    Again, another stonker on the canape front, everyone loved them. But fiddly to make but definately worth it. A bit hit in the canape extraveganza!

    Have to admit that I used normal peppers as the peppadew ones where I live are a bit pricy at basically 1 Euro each. I cut the normal ones into smaller pieces and to be honest, they went down really well. I will definitely be making them again.
