Hi Roberta, Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine. You should be able to find it in most supermarkets and it's usually cheaper than Champagne. You could use any sparkling wine in this cocktail recipe, such as cava. I hope this helps, Emily

A lovely cocktail, with a really festive flavour. We made it for 20 guests at a drinks party before Christmas and everyone loved it. You can get Prosecco everywhere these days and it's light evanescent nature makes it the perfect partner for sparkling cocktails. We will definitely be making this one again.
