Pear Drop
A brilliant cocktail guaranteed to make your Christmas swing

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 10 minutes plus chilling
- Pour the vodka, Monin vanilla sugar syrup (or make your own by simmering down equal quantities of water and vanilla sugar) and fresh lemon juice into a jug. Add the pear juice, and chill.
- Before serving, add the torn up mint leaves and plenty of crushed ice (around 2 or more times the volume of the mixture, depending on the desired strength) and allow it to melt a little before serving.
