Sprouts with chorizo & almonds
A really easy way to make sprouts the perfect Christmas trimming for your feast

Preparation and cooking times
Ready in 20 minutes- Steam the sprouts until just tender, about 5 minutes. Fry the garlic and chorizo in 2 tbsp oil for a few minutes until crisp.
- Stir through the sprouts then put in a warm dish and sprinkle with the almonds.
