Butternut squash with sausages & chestnuts
Don't save the chestnuts for sprouts, they go brilliantly with squash

Ready in 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 190C/fan 175/gas 5. Toss the squash in a slug of oil along with the sausages, chestnuts and sage. Season well.
- Tip into a tin and cook for 40 minutes or until the squash is tender and browned at the edges and the sausages are browned.
