Lemon casa rita
This margarita comes from upmarket Mexican bar and restaurant Cantina Laredo in London's Covent Garden

- Into a shaker pour the Herradura Blanco tequila, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, fresh lime juice and sugar syrup (buy ready-made or mix equal quantities of sugar and water). Add a handful of ice and shake for 15 seconds before straining over cubed ice in a salt- rimmed, highball glass (rub the rim with lime flesh, then dip in salt).
