my own octopus salad

Ingredients
- 1 octopuss,abaut 1.5kg
- 2 tomatos
- 2 tbsp capari
- 1 onion
- 1 spring origano
- olive oil
- 2 lemons,juiced
- salt,pepper
Method
- STEP 1Put the octopuss in cold water and cook it for abaut 1 hour.
- STEP 2When cooked wash it with cold water and clean it.Then cut it on small cirkles.
- STEP 3Put them in a bowl,add slicly chopped onion,tomato sliced in small squares,add capari,stir(mix) it.
- STEP 4Add salt,pepper,olive oil and lemon juice.Stir(mix)it,and put in the fridge for half hour and serve.
