  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 heaped tbsp harissa paste
  • 170g tub 0% fat Greek yogurt

  1. Heat the grill. Put the couscous, sultanas, most of the coriander, 1 tsp cinnamon and some seasoning in a bowl. Pour over the hot vegetable stock and set aside for 5 mins to soak.

  2. Mix together the pinch of cinnamon, honey and oil. Sit the salmon in a baking tray, spread over the honey mixture and season. Cook under a hot grill for about 8 mins until the fish is cooked through.

  3. Meanwhile, swirl together the harissa and yogurt. Fluff up the couscous with a fork and serve with the fish and yogurt, sprinkled with the remaining coriander alongside some green beans, if you like.

Great recipe, just cleared our plates. I increased the salmon rub to maximise the flavour, it hit the right spot and will be repeated for sure. 8/10 first time round, brilliant!!!

Just cleared the plates, great recipe. It will certainly be repeated! I did increase the marinade quantity and rubbed it all over the fillets that had a skin, to maximise the flavour.
Scored 8/10 for a frost time meal, brilliant!!!

This was a delicious and fast dish to make! It will certainly become part of our family menu.

Gorgeous! Loved the Harissa yogurt. Forgot to get the couscous, so substituted it with a flavoured rice which worked well but I can imagine the couscous would be better. So easy, came in from work and it was done in a flash. Highly recommended, even hubby positively commented without any encouragement - result!

Strange but good!
This is actually a really nice dish, although I think it's probably the Harissa yogurt that makes it, might have to try it on other dishes. I tend to use slightly less cinnamon as can be overpowering. I too bake the salmon in the oven in a foil parcel, lovely.

I made this last Sunday for a family lunch. I made the mistake of grilling it, which wasn't so good because the fish broke and all the tasty juices were lost. Next time I will bake it. But, all in all, it was still good. At the end of our meal I realized that I did not made enough, because everybody wanted more. The couscous was absolutely great.

This dish is absolutely lovely. Very much enjoyed by me and my husband. One of our favourites so far.

the salmon was quite bland when i made this so it was a shame, but the yoghurt helped a bit with that (only needed a tiny bit though for 2 people) the couscous with cinnamon was a really nice change and tasted lovely; will use the cous cous again for sure!

Delicious, quick and easy. Not everyone was quite sure about the cinnamon in the couscous.

I love this recipe - I find it's little more than 10 minutes from entering kitchen to table. Put the marinade on the salmon, put it in the oven (I baked rather than grilled), then the rest can be prepared in the 10 mins while its cooking. A delicious meal that looks like you've spent ages on it. Firmly inserted into my repertoire!

This was lovely. I cooked it last night and left out the sultanas in the couscous as I didn't have any. It was so tasty and really different to our usual Thai or itallian salmon dishes. We will make this again. The Morroccan Carrots were perfect with it. I used less olive oil to keep it a bit healthier a plenty of oil in salmon. Delicious.

I made this last night, but tweaked it slightly, leaving out the sultanas and honey and used the juice of half a lime with the cinnamon and olive oil for the salmon - a lovely light dish that both I and my flatmate enjoyed.

Nice dish, very easy to make so great for midweek. I only used half the tub of yogurt which was plenty for us, added a large tsp of harissa. Will be making again

One of my midweek favourites - so quick to make, healthy and tasty too

I'm clearly in a minority here - this was edible but a piece of plain salmon would have been so much nicer.

I love these quick, healthy recipes. A sure favourite here!

So quick and easy and really delicious. Will definitely be making this one again. I left out the sultanas but don't think it made much difference.
