I keep making these again and again for some comfort food that's also quite heathly, as the recipe doesn't have all the usual fatty sauces like mayo/bbq/ketchup - I am now using yoghurt-based sauces and extra lean mince in all my burgers recipes!

Cooked this tonight - was nice, easy and really nice!! I found that I needed to grill my burgers for about 8 minutes each side (and made double the amount of burgers in a smaller size, as 4 would have been huge!). Strangely, the burgers weren't at all spicey, despite putting in 1 tbsp of harissa (after finger-tasting a v small amount of harissa beforehand, I was expecting it to be extremely hot!!), so I would add 2 tbsps next time. The wedges were nice, though I wasn't so keen on them by themselves (they complimented the burgers perfectly, though). The cucumber yoghurt was a lovely addition, and I swapped the burger-buns for some spring vegetables! Will definitely be making again, and the burgers will be perfect to make at uni!

I made the sweet potoato wedges off this recipe. I added chilli flakes which were lovely. However, 25 minutes is not enough time. Needs almost double that.

The taste was good but i basically ended up eating mince as the lamb mince wouldn't stick together, and the wedges took about 50 mins.

Super quick to make and they taste gorgeous. I'm not keen on cucumber so I used mint in it's place with the yoghurt and that worked well. My only suggestion though is to go easy on the harissa unless you're sure of it's strength. I know that mine is very strong, so I only used 1/2 tbsp but even then the heat was very fiery so I'll use a 1/4 tbsp next time.

Really tasty and so easy to make - I didn't bother with grating the onion, I just chopped it finely instead and it worked well. I made a minty yoghurt instead of cucumber, it was very tasty with the burger. I used 2.5 teaspoonfuls of Tesco Harissa paste (medium). Will defo make again!
