This has become a favourite in our house... Simple to do and easy to make...left the salmon overnight to marinate, even more delicious.

This is a big favourite in our house - I'm making it every few weeks and my husband loves it. Very easy to make and super tasty! I usually marinate the salmon for about 30 min before cooking it, so it can absorb more flavour.

Absolutely delicious, went down a treat- definitely one to make again! The salmon was so tasty with a slight heat from the chili and sweetness from the honey, light and fresh tasting. I served the stir fried veg with some noodles, and a cold glass of rose for a mid-week treat. Might add a few toasted sesame seeds to the stir fry next time for a change.

Not for me I am afraid. I am an adventerous cook with a diverse pallet but I found it too cloying after the first few mouthfuls; nice but not show stopping. Maybe served with rice, it would have been better..

Delicious - for the mixed green veg I used what I had so used broccoli, red cabbage, orange pepper. Didn't have oyster sauce so used light soy sauce and chucked in some ready cooked prawns & sesame seeds at the end and served with the salmon. Filling, healthy, tasty and really easy to make.

This was wonderful had this for dinner tonight, a great hit with me and my husband. Had 2 large salmon fillets but kept the sauce/glaze ingredients the same apart from chilli which I didn't have. I didn't bother with the stir fry and kept basting the salmon with the sauce. Served with rice and mange tout. Will definately make this again, the sauce would be nice with chicken too.

Lovely!! The salmon was succulent and very tasty. As I was feeding the kiddies I didn't add the chilli and this dish went down a treat. For the veg I did sugar snaps and pak choi and also noodles. This is quick, easy and tasty.

Really tasty. Had never used Oyster Sauce before but definitely will again, it adds a real depth of flavour. Served it with citrus noodles and a glass of really cold white wine, and we both cleaned our plates :)

Was amazed at how tasty this was for so few ingredients. I had it with just the veg but made rice for my husband who has a bigger appetite.

Excellent recipe. Really easy and very tasty. I cooked the salmon for slightly longer so it had a nice brown caramelised topping. Served with brown rice, yum yum! Will definitely be making again especially as so easy.
