Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls of shell pasta
  • 1 carrot chopped into cubes
  • 1 courgette chopped into cubes
  • 1 handful of broccoli florrets, seperated and small
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 handfuls of grated medium strengh cheese
  • Ground black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Cook pasta and carrots in salted water for 7 minutes
  • STEP 2
    Add Broccoli and cougette and cook for a further 5
  • STEP 3
    Drain water and mix in butter gently
  • STEP 4
    Mix in grated cheese gently, spinkle pepper
  • STEP 5
    Serve....yum!
