Quite nice! I'm not a great fan of sausage caserole, but enjoyed this. Used Canalinni beans as that was all i had. Also added some paprika which lifted it a little. Added sweetcorn as well to get some crunch in there. Lovely base recipe though!

Had trouble getting hold of haricot, still having trouble tbh, so used cannelini too as always have them in and some leftover pancetta. Worked fine, tasty quick one pot - I upped the mustard and added pinch of chilli flakes to suit our taste. Served with home-made bread. Great store cupboard recipe and easy to add stuff to. Going to try with spicy pork meatballs instead of sausages next.

Very nice recipe, instead of carrot i used corguette, and added sweetcorn, also left the sausages in the whole time, very very tasty, with a small spoon of natural yogurt, AMAZING.
