French Dressing
You will never use shop bought salad dressing again!

Preparation and cooking times
- Mix white wine vinegar with salt & pepper in jar. Put lid on & shake until salt has disolved
- Add dijon mustard & shake again
- Add oil & garlic & shake well
- Serve over salad or new potatoes or french beans

- 1tsp dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp groundnut oil
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- you will need a jar with a lid to mix
