I use caramelised red onion chutney when I do this recipe as I've never managed to get hold of just caramelised onions. It works brilliantly.

So simple to prepare. My chops were rather thick so I roasted them for 25 minutes rather than grill them. They looked great on the plate, but although tasty we found the whole dish rather over-rich. Would I do them again? Probably not.

Absolutely scrummy and so easy. Tesco do a lovely caramelised red onion relish which is superb for this recipe. I used cheddar cheese on top and served the chops with mash and brocolli. Can't wait to try the chicken version.

Tried this with chiken and it was even nicer! I wrapped the breasts in smoked streaky bacon after stuffing them and they came out lovely and moist. Dead easy but stunning enough for a dinner party.

A very easy recipe, great for a mid week supper. My son age 7 helped me to prepare the chops and he loved them too!. We also baked our chops in the oven or the smoke alarm keeps going off when we grill them for too long! Will definitely cook these again.

Sounds good enough for me so I'll go and make it now. I'll cook my own onions as I have no jar.
