Field mushrooms, spinach & goat's cheese on toast
Mushrooms on toast, given a makeover, which turns them into a stylish supper or dinner party starter

Ready in 20 minutes
- Heat the grill to high. Brush the mushrooms with olive oil, season and grill until tender. Cook the garlic and spring onions in olive oil until soft then stir in the spinach until wilted.
- Fill the mushrooms with spinach mix, top with goat's cheese and grill until golden. Serve on top of toasted ciabatta.
