Crispy Chilli Beef

Method

  1. Slice the beef into strips as fine as you can get it. Add to a zip lock bag with enough cornflour to coat and shake to coat the beef. Get a pan of oil as hot as you can (without blowing yourself and the house up!) and fry the beef for 5-8 mins or until VERY crispy. Meanwhile, stirfry the carrot in a pan with a little oil, when browned a little add the spring onions and cook for a further 3 mins or so. Set aside. When the beef is done and crispy, add to the onions and carrot and add the sweet chilli sauce and chopped chilli.
