Ingredients
- tomato juice 500ml
- tomatoes,skinned 100g
- cucumber, piled 100g
- green peper, diced 100g
- chilli peper 2-3
- onion chopped 50g
- mayonnaise 1tsp
- vinegar 1tsp
- seasoning
- clove garlic 1
Method
- STEP 1Chop all the ingredients and mix them well until the soup become homogeneous.
- STEP 2Season.
- STEP 3Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
- STEP 4When it is chilled put some more salt or peper if it is needed.
- STEP 5Serve chilled. You may try to decorate with cocktail shrimps.
