Ingredients

  • tomato juice 500ml
  • tomatoes,skinned 100g
  • cucumber, piled 100g
  • green peper, diced 100g
  • chilli peper 2-3
  • onion chopped 50g
  • mayonnaise 1tsp
  • vinegar 1tsp
  • seasoning
  • clove garlic 1

Method

    1. Chop all the ingredients and mix them well until the soup become homogeneous.
    2. Season.
    3. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
    4. When it is chilled put some more salt or peper if it is needed.
    5. Serve chilled. You may try to decorate with cocktail shrimps.
