  1. SIFT TOGETHER ALL DRY INGREDIENTS CREAM BUTTER ADD SUGAR AND BEAT WELL ADD EGGS BEAT WELL
  2. FOLD IN DRY INGREDIENTS MIX IN WATER AND VANILLA ESSENCE
  3. MELT THE CHOCOLATE , SUGAR , AMARETTO AND WATER IN A POT
  4. PLACE CHOCOLATE SYRUP INTO BAKING DISH
  5. SPOON BATTER INTO SAUCE
  6. BAKE AT 180 DEGREES CELCIUS FOR 35 MINUTES

  • FOR THE SYRUP
  • 400 GMS WATER
  • 420 GMS SUGAR
  • 200 GMS DARK COUVERTURE
  • 75 GMS AMARETTO LIQUOR
