This was the nicest homemade smoothie I've ever tried! Really easy to make too. I used half of the ingredients listed to make one smoothie. Like others, I also left out the milk and found it doesn't need it.

I also used a sieve when pouring the mixture into a glass to remove any seeds from the berries.

Absolutely loved it! Will have it again tomorrow :)

No raspberries at Tesco! So I had to substitute raspberries for blueberries and strawberries. Basically a totally different smoothy but very nice nonetheless.

Didn't have natural yoghurt in. But had Greek in instead. Just as nice. Will be making this again. Only with natural yoghurt next time.

Very very delicious smoothie.

Great tasting smoothie! The amounts need to be modified though. To make it for 2 people use about 3/4 of the listed ingredients. If you tried to serve 6 people with it as it is there would only be enough to fill 6 thimbles!

Don't defrost the raspberries either, makes it nice and cold

Frozen raspberries are very convenient an I've had good results without needing to defrost them. Also, I omitted the sugar and it was just nice as it was.

can this be kept in the fridge for a few days? or does it need to be consumed on the day?

can this smoothie be frozen and then drunk at a later date?

This was a doddle to make, and started off our brunch very nicely!

this was a lovely smoothie, a lovely consistency - although i added in the full tub of rachel's organic yoghurt - made a treat! :)

Why does the raspberries have to be frozen then defrosted? Does this make a difference?

Lovely - doesn't need the milk but does need yoghurt. Extra juice makes it flow. Also tried with fresh orange juice added and this works well too.

Lovely smoothie. I will increase the amount of cranberry juice next time.
