  extremely light but very tasty still. i will make this again. i added less lemon too, great advice! added mushrooms and onion too - made it a lot more wholesome. used gammon instead of prosciutto which was very tasty. all in all a very good result which myself and my flatmate laura just loved! quite superb.

  I thought this was ok but nothing special. I used reduced fat creme fraiche so maybe that is why.!

  This recipe was superfast and easy to make after a long day at work! I used Greek yoghurt instead as I didn't have creme fraiche and it turned out wonderfully. Will defo make again!

  Tasty but had to add a little more creme fraiche as was dry and was worried that adding any more of the pasta water would make it too watery!

  Did I do something wrong with this one? I was really looking forward to it because it has a lot of my favourite foods in it. I reduced the lemon juice as other people suggested but it was still very bitter, I used the exact quantity of prosciutto and it was really salty, so for me this dish was hard to eat. I might try make it again and see what happens.

  this was really easy to make and absolutely gorgeous i added some mushrooms and really though it could of done with a bit of garlic but thanks for the suggestion to only half a lemon as a whole one would of been to much thanks xx

  really quick and scrumptious - great for a late night after a long day at work... I used half fat creme fresh and I added in some frozen peas when mixing in all the ingredients together and it just gave it that little bit extra...they added a nice colour dimension as well!

  I too reduced the lemon in the dish but still found it too lemony. Both myself and my husband were not a fan of this recipie at all.
