Brilliant mid-week meal, really tasty chicken - I let the chicken marinade in the lime and pepper for a little while before cooking!

Easy and tasty! Served with some carrot and cucumber crudites on the side to scoop up any leftover guacamole and yogurt. The whole family enjoyed this.

This was delicious. I also marinated the chicken in the lime and pepper for a couple of hours before cooking. Will be making this again very soon.

Really good - I let the chicken marinate for 30mins. I also used Salsa instead of guacamole as my boyfriend doesn't like advocado.

Really yummy and a healthy alternative to fajitas which are a fave of mine. I also let the chicken marinade for about half an hour before cooking which made them very flavorsome. I made the home-made guacamole from another good food recipe and it was all delicious together and very healthy!!

My hubby liked it and I definitely rate is well as a healthy mid-week meal. Will make it again, but probably as a lunch or add crispy roasted baby potatoes to fill it out as a dinner meal.

Made this a few times now and think it's very good. Agree with the previous comments - marinade the chicken for a while. I make it with "Best-ever chunky guacamole".

These were really good. Some might say they're bland, but I thought it was nice to taste all of the fresh, pure ingredients instead of adding tons of spices and salsas. My boyfriend loved it as well!

A great alternative for those guests who don't like hot, hot, hot Mexican food. I took the advice above and marinaded it for a while. My 5 year old nieces really enjoyed it.
