  Easy recipe. Did not have enough sunflower seeds so used pumpkin seeds. Very tasty and looked just like the picture

  Finally found a flapjack / granola bar receipe that doesn't end up as a greasy mess! Would probably omit the cinnamon next time as it gives a slightly artificial taste in my view, and maybe add some crystalised ginger instead. Overall I was very pleased with these, and my two year old loves the "seedy bars" ! (ahem!)

  These are great I make them every weekend and my husband and I have them to take to work for breakfast. Other people in the office love them too and have asked for the recipe. I too have changed the nuts and the fruit used to whatever I have and have found they are very adaptable, and always taste good. I cook mine in a silicone tray which means no extra butter is needed for greasing.

  These are delicious but I don't know why my bars always fall apart? So used them as a crumble mix with custard, thats delicious too.

  Oh wow, I'm really impressed with these! They are going to be my staple breakfast now, it's easy to grab one and run out the door. I also mixed up the nuts & seeds combo and used what I had - up to 200g worth of seeds and nuts to match the 200g of oats.

  Really yummy! Toasting the oats and seeds really makes all the difference, adding a real depth of flavour. I didn't have cranberries to used apricots this time around. I also made a topping with Greek yogurt and icing sugar that added a bit to the calorie content but was well worth it.

  Easy and tasty - though I may have over cooked them as they were a bit hard. I left the cinnamon out as someone suggested and used crystalised ginger instead and they were lovely.

  A great snack bar, and very easy to make. I don't like nuts, so just increased the quantities of oats and fruit and worked fine :-) Definitely recommend - and I'll be making again by popular demand!

  I've made these loads of times, they're so easy and really tasty. I made them and took them on our snowboarding holiday last winter and they made a great energy snack and were still good even after several days.

  I managed to make this twice without noticing I should be putting sugar in so they were a little dry, but good nevertheless. When I made them today, I put the sugar in and they have gone from good to amazing. Slightly sticky and chewier with the sugar although maybe a little too sweet for me. As I'm not a fan of honey, I use maple syrup instead. And use 50g chopped apricots with 50g of cherries. No cinnamon for me as I don't like that and as I don't like walnuts, I use whole almonds chopped up. Oh and I use pumpkin seeds instead of sunflowers. Wow, I'm quite fussy really, but the changed recipe is very fab - especially now I use the sugar :o)
