Prawn orecchiette with basil & prawn butter

Method

  1. Cook the orecchiette following the packet instructions. Melt the butter in a pan and sizzle the garlic for a couple of minutes. Tip in the prawns and cook until pink.
  2. Drain the pasta well and toss it with the prawn butter, basil and a squeeze of lemon.

    Very tasty and really easy and quick, I made this for a dinner party I forgot to add lemon but it still tasted great, served with a sprinkling of fresh grated parmesan
