Prawn orecchiette with basil & prawn butter

- Cook the orecchiette following the packet instructions. Melt the butter in a pan and sizzle the garlic for a couple of minutes. Tip in the prawns and cook until pink.
- Drain the pasta well and toss it with the prawn butter, basil and a squeeze of lemon.
