Method

  1. Cook the linguine following the packet instructions. Mix the tomatoes with the garlic, capers, olives, 4 tbsp olive oil and chives and season really well.
  2. Drain the pasta, reserving 2 tbsp of the cooking water. Toss everything together (including the pasta water).

    Very tasty and yummy. The only thing is that it's very salty if the capers and olives come from a jar, even with rinsing a few times, but I see myself making this again.
