I guess so. The DF margarine is quite soft so make sure what ever spread you use is nice and soft. Have a go!!

I made these cookies today with my five-year-old Niece. She is allergic to milk, so it's not always easy to bake yummy things, but these were absolutely delicious! Very easy recipe, she had lots of fun mixing everything together (and licking the bowl afterwards of course!). They needed a little longer than stated, about 20 mins, but they were fantastic. I also used Vitalite which gave them a lovely flavour. Thanks for this recipe, I'll be making these again and again!

My son has dairy, nut and egg allergy. This is the best cookie recipe so far (and I have tried many) really easy and quick to make. These are a softer texture, more cakey than crispy, but still delicious.
