Lemoncurd is not easy to buy in the Netherlands so I decided to make my own

Makes 1 jar
Preparation and cooking times
plus 6 hours for cooling
- Clean the jar
- Melt the butter au bain marie
- Put in the sugar, lemonzest and lemonjuice . Beat well
- Put in the egg little by little. Don't stop beating. The curd will thicken as you beat.
- When thick enough put the curd in the jar and keep in the refrigerator
