Orecchiette salad with tuna, capers & red onions
Pasta doesn't have to be heavy, as this light but filling supper dish shows

Cook 10 mins
- Put the onion, lemon juice, capers and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl. Toss and season well.
- Cook the pasta following the pack instructions. Drain and toss with the onion and lemon mixture. add the tuna and rocket then toss again.
