Mojito
Drink up! A top mojito to get the party started, from Giuseppe Ruo, who heads up the bars at London's The Lanesborough hotel

- In a tumbler, muddle 10 fresh mint leaves with 3 tsp white sugar. Pour over 20ml lime juice and 50ml Havana Club 3 Años rum and stir. Add a handful of ice cubes, top with soda and stir again, then add 3 drops of Angostura Bitters and garnish with a mint sprig.
- To make Giuseppe's own variation, a Mojito Fidel, muddle the mint with 5 lime wedges, 10ml fresh lime juice and 3 tsp brown sugar, then pour over 50ml Havana Club 7 Años rum. Stir then top with lager.
